Method1: Try clearing the catche

Press key Windows + R then type wsreset.exe and Enter.

If it still not work please try method 2.

Method2:

Go to service find the word windows Update then start it.

After that press key Windows + R then type wsreset.exe then Enter.

Now it is working.
