Excel data not showing can be a frustrating problem. Here are some methods you can try to fix it:
- Arrange All windows. Go to the View menu and select Arrange All. In the window that appears, check the box next to Windows of Active Workbook and click OK. This will arrange all the open workbook windows so that you can see all the data.
- Disable hardware acceleration. Go to the File menu and select Options. In the Excel Options dialog box, go to the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Display section. Uncheck the box next to Disable hardware acceleration at Excel application.
- Repair Office installation. Go to the Control Panel and open the Programs and Features applet. Select the Microsoft Office product and click Change. In the Change Microsoft Office dialog box, select Repair and click Continue.
Here are some additional tips:
- Make sure that you are using the latest version of Excel.
- Try restarting your computer.
- Save your workbook and then reopen it.
- Try opening the workbook in a different Excel version.
- If you are using a shared workbook, make sure that everyone who has access to the workbook has the same settings.
