Here is an option that I chose and worked for me on Google Chrome. You can use the link below to install the IE Tab extension from the Google Chrome Web Store:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ie-tab/hehijbfgiekmjfkfjpbkbammjbdenadd/related?hl=en pluigin on google chrome to open camera 


   After installing, click on the IE Tab icon at the top left.

An .exe file will be automatically downloaded to your PC. This file must be installed in order to have all the settings performed. Then, try logging in to your URL camera.
